CUCCIOLO-T
Compensating stacker for books

On exception of the range of high-speed three-knife trimmers
(110 cuts/minute) the CUCCIOLO-T satisfies the requirements of the other
three-knife trimmers which run up to 65 cuts/minute.

Furthermore, the CUCCIOLO-T can be used on the saddle stitchers bearing
the same characteristics as the CUCCIOLO (15.000 copies/hr).

Technical Advantages

Low speed ejector (0.5 mt / sec) incorporated in the turntable (OMG Patent).
Ejects the pile at the lowest possible speed without their overturning or
decomposition during delivery.

Side jogger on two sides of the booklets.

Ejector speed adjustment for both directions.

Adjustment of the opening and closing times of the mid-level gate, the
ejector starting time and the rotation of the turntable. (Allows to turn the
batches frequently).

Possibility of composing the stack with the last batch having a different
number of copies compared to the previous ones :
(i.e.: 10 = 2+2+2+2+2 or: 4+4+2 or: 6+4)
