Automatic bundle crane for logs of strapped signatures

Maximum personnel reduction required to feed the hopper loaders with
these CLAMPS

Using the clamps P/202 & P/303 it’s possible to load onto the OLIMPIC
preloader over 70 logs per hour (*). Each manual operation, on exception of the
transport from the pallet to the preloader and vice versa, is carried out in
automatic via the PLC

Mechanical log grip (automatically adjustable from 500mm to 1200mm) driven
by a motor bearing a pressure of over 1.000 Kgs

P/202 = Automatic clamp to grip, lift, transport and deposit logs of strapped
signatures from the pallet to the hopper-loader, to be installed under a ceiling
with a minimum height of 4.2mt (OMG Patent)

P/302 = Automatic clamp to grip, lift, transport and deposit logs of strapped
signatures from the pallet to the hopper-loader, to be installed under a ceiling
with a minimum height of 3.2mt (OMG Patent)

Log overturn: 180° controlled by a motor

Manual log rotation at 90°

Log grip (automatically adjustable from 500mm to 1200mm) driven by a motor
bearing a pressure of over 1.000 kg

Max. duration of n° 1 (one) complete automatic cycle (excluding transport):
